How to pocket the entire real estate portfolio of one of the largest open-ended real estate funds

Having already developed an innovative portfolio app for the iPhone for the hausInvest open-ended real estate fund, we just went live with a custom version for the iPad. This means that all features will be supported by the new iPad2, too. Using the device’s camera, for instance, the user may scan QR codes and have the app directly display the encoded property information.

The app comes with a state-of-the-art and intuitive interface that permits convenient handling. Portfolio data are regularly updated, and automatically downloaded by the app. To this end, fiveandfriends developed a proprietary data distribution system which, in addition to the hausInvest apps, also delivers the internet presentation of www.hausinvest.de and which can be administrated via a web interface.

It goes without saying that both the iPhone app and the iPad app have already been optimised for Apple’s iOS5 operating system software that was most recently released.
